Shipping & Returns
Throughout Australia, shipping will be charged at a flat fee of $10.55.
Orders will be delivered within 3-7 business days. You will receive an automated email with tracking information once the order has been processed.
* Note that delivery times during the Christmas period could be longer than our standard time frame. We cannot guarantee delivery dates.
Walter G does not offer refunds or exchanges on any items unless they are deemed faulty.
Please note that when dealing with hand block printed and naturally dyed items, there will always be a degree of imperfection in each design. If you believe your item is faulty, you will be asked to submit photographs of the fault within 7 days of receiving your order. It is up to the discretion of Walter G will determine, in its discretion, whether or not this is a legitimate fault. Typically, small printed imperfections and dye lot variations are not considered a fault and will not result in a refund or exchange.
In the event the item is deemed faulty, we will replace the item if it is in stock. Failing that, we will issue you a full refund for your purchase.
All returned merchandise must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Walter G has a no returns policy on sale items.
Occasionally items are incorrectly listed as 'in stock' on our website. We apologise if this situation does occur and will contact you immediately to work out a solution. Walter G gives you the option of a full refund, exchange of item or to put the item on back order if it is due to be back in stock soon.
All pricing is listed in AUD and includes GST. Walter G reserves the right to change pricing at its discretion without notice. Prices listed may differ across various stockists and countries.
